Here’s what happened. This was a Soros-funded smear. It wasn’t even very well thought out. I’m sure they were just banking on the lemmings pushing the meme but never thought any big name Leftists like Olbermann would repeat the smear without bothering to research it. TheBlaze.com has the story.

If you get your news from one source only, then you've proven yourself to not be very bright or open minded.

I like to listen to Rush, Sean and Glen. Same for Kieth, Rachel, NPR and others. All of their viewpoints are extremely biased and as a result IMO are NOT news but rather long form Op-Ed pieces. All of them have germs of truth, just not an epidemic of truth.

The truth, or perceived truth lies someplace in the middle. Extracting it from the noise that makes up the 24 hour news cycle gets more difficult each day.

All you mention aren't news sources except maybe NPR which is essentially Pravda. Keith and Rachel implode regularly sticking their feet in their mouths. The others have some good inside sources at times and discuss issues MSM rarely if ever touches....most of which sell the Obama koolaid.
