At one major airline line pay went from 10 cents an hour to zero. Shift premium (midnight) is 58 cents an hour and that hasn't changed in decades. Some would say they are lucky to have kept that. Line mech's working nights deserve better. Any clue that I might be a line mech working nights at a major airline is speculation.

Call it like it is; overhaul market rate is less than line A&P due to the way MRO industry is structured. I agree with the higher line premium to get the contract settled.
