before taxes B. Riggle was enjoying herself at a Wendys in FL. It is amazing how she can take a week of vaca in the midst of turmoil- no wonder this is turning up the way it is - I wish everyone the best with these difficult times we are facing.

My opinion.....if you are a Union Pres...you can go on vacation BUT.....you are never on vacation from being the Union President. She should still be returning calls and be available to anyone..and if she cant she should atleast have the vice president calling f/a's back. She really just does not truly care. She may say she does...but..in her heart she does not give a crap. It is all about receiving her pay for her position. This is sad, but, very true. :down:

That is correct everyone is entitled to their vacation and i am sure she needs one however, It is the same as G. Bush going to K.B. From what I heard there is a campaign to recall her, and Pat Friend has been contacted by numerous F/As about professionalism issues and bringing her personal likes/dislikes of other F/As to her position. Who knows though, F/As tend to be big talkers.

I have, and those negative assessments are way off base. I have a feeling I know who has started this discontent with MAA f/as and coniving them to "recall", and I bet I could pin-point it to a certain LEC mainline president who is one of the biggest complainers, know-it-alls, and doesn't care for the MAA President at all. Why? Because they want complete control in all arenas even MAA, just because they have a few friends at MAA. :down:

You have no idea what its like to represent a group and keep a balance. NONE! Most times your own want to stab you in the back the first chance they can get. WHy? Jealousy and not wanting you to succeed if they are not the center of the universe.

Its easy for someone to sit and moan about their persepective and whoa- is -me complainers, but try taking that times hundreds all different issues and all want their own problems addressed LIKE NOW!

And God forbid its beyond your control...you'll hear the groaners and complainers of why can't you heal the blind and cure the sick!!!! Hell, I pay $39 a month. i demand miracles!!!....Should be recalled! :down:

There is big differences between contractual rights and a "gripe". Folks need to know the difference.

I find it not amazing at all to see a group of f/as make every attempt there is to get rid of the best representation they ever had!

These types have a profound lack of understanding of what "performance" means.

And most of them just got recalled a few weeks ago to MAA from my understanding. They even e-mail the MEC President of mainline with their diatribe.

They'd be loud mouths anywhere they go. Probably couldn't handle the job they came from and elected to take the recall no matter what. And still spout off!
