A little birdy just told me that a/c 727 (A319) is in PIT hangar 5 after a trip thru MAE in Alabama......you know the place with all the great oversight <_< ???

Apparently all 3 hydraulic systems were serviced with Exxon 2380 which is engine and APU oil rather than the proper hyd fluid:shock: !!!!

Dude, can you elaborate on this matter???

727, from what I was told was not at MAE and it is slated to be retired and sent back to GE, from what I was told, it was all ready retired.

Where's your proof? You're just going from someone else's story. Supply the proof 700. We know you're all about proof. Let's see it...  😀

well it was in pittsburgh hng 5 friday night, all 3 systems had to be flushed, last i heard, it had an unknown fluid in it, sample to be sent out and checked, but it was not skydrol

Don't be a hater since I educated you on the differance between a fact and a accusation.

Not my fault no one believes your stealing topic.

You're a laugh a minute. Glad you're not a real educator. You'd be even more of a legend in your own mind than you are know.
So where is the proof?? Don't have any?? Hmmmm...imagine that!

The proof is in the maxi-merlin computer system and in the maintenance base planning tracks.

Since you are not an employee nor when you were you were not in maintenance so you would not have acsess to the system.

So hide behind your monitor and try and come up with something new.

i'm on at 3 and will see what i can find out......
i do know there has been a bus in the center track for over a week and they have been sending one or so a month back to GE.
i thought the bus was for GEN FAM....

I saw an Airbus yesterday afternoon parked next to the hangar in PIT with the titles removed. Which one was that? Presumably one going back to GE?

OK, help a customer out please? What exactly is Skydrol? Have heard it mentioned here and no idea what it is. I assume it's a lubricant of some sort. Educate me please?

Google works great

I was in the "hell hole" of a 737-200 years ago cleaning up a skydrol leak, that is the nastiest stuff you ever want to deal with, it burns on contact with skin.
