My son took his first flight on SW since becoming paralyzed. 2/19/2009 stl-phx returning on 2/23/2009. I cannot begin to thank all of the ground staff, f/as, and ramp personnel that made this trip such a success. As the son of a f/a with 35 years in the air, he was an experienced traveler before his accident. I know how "tricky" it is to fly as an able bodied person these days and honestly had no clue what obstacles he would face. I was a little more at ease knowing he would "be" with you and our airline choice was validated.

Again, thank you! This is just another "I can do it" that he has checked off his list.

Thank you for posting this. I'm happy SW could
be a part of your son's "I can do it" list.
My very best to your son. :)
