Obviously this Group of people was smart enough to stay as far away from AMFA as Humanly possible. Unlike the poor Facilities Maintenance workers who are stuck with them and continue to be pooped on.

Not positive here, but, I do believe this may be the last group to get their deals done. SWA can now focus on the final flight crew groups.
We'll see how the rank and file feels about the T/A soon.

And you really are amazingly unbelievably clueless if you don’t know your Pilots and Flight Attendants still haven’t reached new agreements yet.

And deals aren’t done until the Membership gets to vote. 🤦‍♂️

They'll get bent over just like you did.

Didn't get bent over. Used common sense and voted in a fair offer over the next 3 years. It was what I saw as good enough for me and my family.
Besides, I was not willing to vote it down and have the company simply play the same game as last time and run this out AFTER all other groups are done first, and then we would simply get the crumbs left over. We will be in a much better position at the new top out rate going into nego next time, then being at a lower rate because people were too hardheaded in seeing a fair offer currently. And the majority also agrees as the % shows in the votes.
Get over the fact that it didn't get voted down, it's time to move on, that's all in the past.

Yeah you did. You're just too dumb to know it. Raises didn't even stay up with cost of living and the fact that the company scared you after last negotiations is weak. The fact that you and the rest of the sheep rolled over and took it doesn't make it what's best it just makes it the easy way out. I bet you are ready to move on and forget this!

And Aeroman is happy for you voting to send more work to them and not do it in-house

This is a fact. AMFA negotiators did agree to allow Management to outsource more of their work. They can no longer blame the IBT for lost work since they are now the ones freely disposing of it.

And they have for several contracts now.

But hey it’s the IAM and IBT’s fault according to Swampy.

Yet neither of those unions have been representing WN’s mechanics for over 20 years.

Whatever dude. You can be an angry little man for as long as you wish, that is your choice. I chose what was best for me and my family at the time the offer was made and voted accordingly to fit my family needs. I assume you did the same, rather supporting the offer or not, and I don't see anyone berating you for the way you voted, but you wish to berate others for the way they voted. Your true colors are very visible now.
I have already moved on, even looking ahead to the 2026 nego's in hopes the other airlines surpass us, if they get their agreements done before us.

What part of your body (work) will you sell away next? Cashing in your chips selling out the future.

This is what AMFA is all about. They don’t care at all period about growing the Class and Craft. They claim to be a “Craft Union” but they’ll sell out the craft in a heartbeat. Quoting this guys own words.

“I” chose what was “best for me” and my family at the time the offer was made and voted accordingly to fit “my” family needs. (I, me, my)

They have no solidarity because they aren’t a real Union.

You're a sellout and a TOOL. I bet you have moved on. I wouldn't want to talk about what a weak sellout I was either. You're nothing but a company stooge. Good job on helping landon get what he wanted. Way to help the el salvadaor economy.
