Wow. One whole friggin billion stretched over 4 years! And, how many billions are we spending in Iraq in the next 12 months? And, how many people have lost their livelihood, their health insurance, and their homes because their "professional" jobs--such as accountant, computer programmer, and radiologist--have been given to people in India with the blessing of the Republican administration? Next time you go for an X-Ray, MRI or CAT scan, just be aware that the actual reading of the film will probably be done somewhere in India, but you will still pay the same rate you would have paid for an American radiologist--administrative, processing, and "cost recovery" fees, don't you know.
