Wow!! You lost me. I know when I have to work extra and plan for it. I have a support group for my 11 yo but have watched plenty of peoples kids as support. Anytime you have shift work you have to plan. I go out of town often and my spouse works to. I sometimes don't know where I will be until I get to work...maybe MSP, CLE...never know. I do know, if I need anything my coworkers will be there. Not sure I get your reply.So?
