We can't help but wonder is anyone paying attention to the passenger complaints....Passengers are frustrated which in turn will cost us $$$ - they will go to OA to book.

As employees we beg you make some test calls.....the counters/res agts are frustrated...fixing of some mistakes can be done....although some are beyond fixing....those are costing us....return customers.
 
Never fear, management has installed QA's to monitor vender calls. The other side of the issue is that those chosen for the job don't have real res experience. They come from Dividend Miles, Consumer Affairs, Workload. Nothing like the blind leading the blind. Best of luck to those who remain!

Try NONE!!!! But since the jobs were only posted in those departments, what would you expect? They were not posted in Reservations.
 
Kinda like having your accountant oversee quality control on your brain surgery, isn't it? If it's any consolation, I saw this kind of thing at a major oil company 15 years ago--Information Technology people second-guessing Marketing, etc.
 
I don't recall seeing a QA job posting - I wonder when it was posted?

It was posted in selected locations...where these people came from. It was never posted for the general population in res.
