We can't help but wonder is anyone paying attention to the passenger complaints....Passengers are frustrated which in turn will cost us $$$ - they will go to OA to book.
As employees we beg you make some test calls.....the counters/res agts are frustrated...fixing of some mistakes can be done....although some are beyond fixing....those are costing us....return customers.
