Monthly fees are unacceptable. Just like the flica recurring charge rip off. The company should have a web link to catcrew just like all other links on wings.
The app should have a reasonable one time charge like sling box or other programs. The monthly fee is a non starter.

I read that if you buy a year at a time its 4.99/month, seems fair to me for mobile access on my phone.

Why pay 5.00/month for something you can do for free? Have it setup, with an old computer I bought for 50.00. It sits at home and I log onto it from anywhere I am from the Iphone....works great....and free. Plus for the 50.00 I have a backup laptop....

Yes, if you already have a desk top at home, you can easily do the same thing for free while on the road from your iPhone, iPad, ect. The monthly fee is simply a babysitting fee for the computer in case it hiccups and needs to be rebooted. And I agree with a previous poster that the company should provide Catcrew for free trough Wings.
Paying for FLICA plus another $7 a month is unnecessary.

BTW, I agree with you about the idling home computer, sort of a home "carbonite" and catcrew access rolled into one. and, even if your access point (hotel, whatever) charges extra for "business purposes", you should be able to share your screen with your home computer, even if your home computer monitor is turned off. Though somewhat more resource intensive than simple telnet, it works fine on gogo.

A replacement for Catcrew and Maestro would be great. Just think...you could just log in to the in-ter-net anywhere and see your work stuff! Just like 1999!

Probably worth it for reserves so they can see what crises are brewing and where they are in "the bucket."
