I agree totally. While it's wonderful speculation, the timing is all wrong. Get this done, functioning and THEN start talking and looking. We cant be greedy.

PI was looked at before the merger with PSA was done. The opportunity doesn't wait for our time schedule.

looks like UA is more interested in chasing a RASM premium.

that is why I am going to get my transcons in on UA while (1) they are still offering the level of service they are offering; and (2) while there is still a codeshare. I really think that the codeshare will not be around--it is almost impossible to book a UA flight. Even the CP desk today told me that they are getting less and less information from UA and lots of US pax are having problems with UA in ORD.
