He does this because his posts are based on jaded opinion and fear. He has no alternative in terms of flying jobs. It's really pathetic.

Beat them until they give in and then beat them until they conform and then beat them until they forget!

Some people have a low tolerance for pain and therefore at the sign of a beating they jump straight to the last step. (USA320)

Others have memories that never fade, as such, they break away from oppressors and create their own new world, fighting until the very end if necessary. It isnt always the battle that needs to be won but the will of the spirit to overcome adversity!

Why, because freedom is more precious than oppression regardless of the shape oppression takes!

Remarkably great post! Speaks to the heart of many here at U.

Some of the statements in the company's motion are just ludicrous:

Nevertheless, the Debtors have taken all steps possible to reduce cash outlay in other areas – not just labor. For example, the Debtors have already preserved cash by not paying $110 million of prepetition obligations owed to defined benefit pension plans.

Huh? Since when are obligations to pension plans not a labor expense? Heck, let's call layoffs a step to reduce non-labor cash outlay since those furloughed employees aren't part of the company's labor expense anymore.

While CWA has met with the Debtors on several occasions, and has suggested some proposals that would include reducing some passenger service pay scales, the CWA has presented the Company with only one comprehensive proposal since the parties began meeting in June.

Significantly, the motion leaves out any mention of how many comprehensive proposals the company has provided to CWA and how many times management has been available to actually meet with CWA.

The "Spin" the company is giving to the judge on it's efforts to reach agreements with all labor groups, is making me dizzy. Where's Bill????
