NO, because human aren't livestock. Individual Rights are conferred by the creator and if two consenting adults decide to create a life that life has the right to live free from the tyranny of government.

Bottom line is it's not your call who has kids or not or how they're raised. If I want to take my kids to Serpent Handling church that's my God Given (not government given) right to do so, just as it is to send them door to door as Mormons or Jehovah's witness. We don't need to protect our children from anything except Government Tyranny.

Not your call it's up to the ELECTED school board in each local district! NOT some mandate from a bloated wasteful unproductive Federal Bureaucracy whose Constitutional existence is dubious at best.

And yet there also is no authorization for the DOA or FDA but you said that was OK. I think the above is also an OK exception. Things have changed a bit thins the founders were around.

Nothing has changed! Human Nature is then what it is now. Individual Liberty was the guiding principle in all the founding fathers wrote and created. Our Liberties and rights are bestowed upon not by government but our creator. Depending upon my faith I may view myself as accountable to God. However, I'm not accountable to the government as to decisions on how to parent a child.

The argument that "Society Pays" is a Bull Shite argument as it can be extrapolated to include and hair brained scheme a progressive can come up with.

I'm saying that Freedom & Liberty carry risk and the cost (Which is minute compared to the Military Budget) is the price we pay to live in a society where the rights of the individual as conferred by the Creator carry more weight then the Government.

I am not willing to let children pay for the mistakes of their parents. I believe it is in the best interest of the state and the children to put tbe information and material out there. What people do with it is up to them.

Thee are quite a few rights that the founders did not think of and could not know of when they created the COTUS. They a good job but not perfect.
