Flawed Report

Our Fine Goverment Claims it to be a A319 with 138 On Board. The Flight is Operated with a A320 !

Whether the government gets a preliminary report correct or not, the issue is a near miss between two a/c...one carrying passengers. If they had collided would the error in the report mattered?
