since DL can't rid itself of its disgruntled employees in its own country, it would not seem too far-fetched to think that its contractors in other countries might try a thing or two to damage their own employer.Yikes.
Must be part of that "legendary service" we keep hearing about...
Yikes.
Must be part of that "legendary service" we keep hearing about...
What are you trying to assert?
What makes you think I'm trying to assert anything?
given that the tampered sandwiches were on 4 flights from the same city, Gate Gourmet will be the first suspect...
Any company can get rid of a disgruntled employee if they inflict damage on their business or their customers.
The law - as well as any CBA- provide little protection for those who inflict damage on others.
Those who are disgruntled but harmless are just a burden the world has to bear.
Droll wit... Gallows humor...
Whatever you're into...
There are state employment laws that any company must follow, even in "at will employment" states.
As much as you would like to think otherwise, DL (like other multi-site companies) doesn't have various sets of employment procedures depending on the state where its employees are based given that some states where DL operates are at will and some are not.
But the topic is about tampered food in a foreign country.... although perhaps by the time the afternoon snack was served the flights had made it over US airspace.
So what you are trying to say is that there is nothing that would please you more then the demise and destruction of the airline you work for...because you don't have a CBA.
That's right, and they pertain to protected classes only.
You're going to need to show me where I ever stated that. In the interim, I'll thank you for not putting words into my mouth.
Again, DL employees- except for the pilots and dispatchers- can be terminated at anytime for any reason (except, of course discrimination based on prtected class status noted above).
I'm sure even as a retiree you can access the HRPM, can you not? If so, take a look for yourself.
Wasn't me who brought employees into the conversation; don't get mad if readers follow the tangent you create.
Wow. That's wicked assumptive-and incorrect- of you.
Second verse, same as the first:
You're going to need to show me where I ever stated that. In the interim, I'll thank you for not putting words into my mouth.
