And I know several with A&P which was granted via thousands of dollars in training and certified by Spartan School that I wouldn't let them work on my Lawnmower exhaust. It has been proven the A&P does NOT make a good AMT!

An excellent point, which gets us back to accountability. I hold the compAAny responsible for allowing unqualified and destructive AMT's repeated access to their multimillion dollar aircraft, some having been fired many times, and all an embarrassment to our profession.

The reason the company can't fire employees is because they screw up the investigations, and therby giving the TWU an out. The TWU then looks like the bad guy for representing these worthless indivduals and bringing them back. The company conducts investigations like they run the operation, HORRIBLE!!!!
