If we are lucky enough to get someone new, I guess he or she will replace the overpaid "zoomie" by the name of Scott Kirby. You know, the one who thinks our on time performance is related to an "Abnormal jetstream", but we're trending in the right direction.

Well I' sure there are talented individuals out there who could do a better job. It would be a mistake to bring back someone that left, i.e. Al Crellin.

SOMETHING obviously needs to be done. Kirby is a beancounter......supposedly knowledgeable in 'the numbers game'-----out of his league in RUNNING an Airline and having ANY concept of Customer Service. CHANGE IS OVERDUE. (Let Kirby work out the figures for CHINA... )
