Hey,....a bit off topic, BUT why are all the 'Ladies' at FAUX News, suing the  'sheet'  out of the Family values network ?
 
If it turns out to be that;
 
1. The GOP  loses a third  POTUS  'shot
2. The GOP loses control of the Senate
3. The GOP loses control of the SCOTUS
AND
FAUX News is permanently 'outed' for the phoneys that they've always been,........I mean, there's only so much  Joy  a Dem.  could stand.
 
Taking a play from the WT playbook, e.g. deflect, deflect, deflect....

The GOP's chances of losing the Senate are shrinking daily. That's going to continue to limit who gets nominated to SCOTUS.

Yea Eric, I'd agree, except every time a brown skinned fellow gets 'offed' (whether rightly or wrongly) it changes the dynamics of your original thought. Here's why.  a Lot of those hoodlums are young white kids (Think Bernie) mixed in with the  N S W. (not so white) !
 
i talk with millenniums at work here often , they loved Bernie I have yet to talk to one voting for Hillary they're not going Trump many are just talking not voting

I'm not a millenial, I liked Bernie, I don't like Hillary, but no way in he!! am I voting for Trump, so I'm not voting.  The rural areas of Kansas will insure that the only 6 votes that count will go to Trump.  But here's something to consider - I live in a very red county (the largest county in my state) and I have found very few who like Trump.  I live in the largest county in my state which is solid republican and those that don't like either are seriously talking about voting for Johnson.  But it's kind of funny here - I have come across more people who openly support Clinton, but the only one I can find supporting Trump is the hermit that lives across the street.  In the 10 years I have lived here, he has never had a sign for a candidate that won.  He's got a Trump sign in his yard (the only one I have seen here).
 
I don't know too many Trump voters who like him, but one thing they all have in common is that they don't have a choice unless they're willing to live with the consequences of not voting for him.

Nobody on the right wants to see a 6-3 activist SCOTUS for the next 20 years, and not voting for him will guarantee that.

The ones I talk to in that boat are either thinking about Johnson or Stein, have refocused on "down ticket" races, or both... No one has said anything about sitting this one out...

Yeah.  God forbid we should get a Supreme Court that votes according to its political and religious leanings rather than the Constitution and the law (a la selecting Bush as opposed to electing him)..

I'm sitting it out here in Kansas.  My vote won't count anyways because of the electoral college.   I'm voting for other offices - just not president.  What I'm wondering though is if HIllary wins the presidency and republicans keep a majority in Congress...will we just abolish the supreme court as they die off since they wouldn't vote on one that Obama appointed and I'm sure there isn't another human being in the world that Hillary could nominate that republicans would approve. 
 
We can't abolish the court, but there is no provision in the Constitution for a situation as you imagine where the court just died off.  It would be a Constitutional crisis of immense import.  Now, since the Repubs have found out that simply saying no until some portion of the government ceases to function has not worked for them in the past; surely, they won't try that stunt again.  Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is one of the first signs of insanity.
