Here's the details: Passengers were handed the "101 Ways to Save Money" brochure given by NWA to its employees, rebelled against the arrogance, chanted "Hey, hey, ho, ho, Steenland has to go" and asked that the jet return to Amsterdam so that they could deplane.

That was outstanding! The only way NW employees have a chance to get rid of Dougie and the other tyrants is to fight back from within.

12 passengers from that flight have now been arrested, according to Dutch police and Reuters.
