How much is the fare for a parent to HNL via PHX? The fare quoted on the Hub was something like $53. Is this in addition to the $100?

That should be right ..I believe parents pay $40 each way to HNL . .it's registered guests & parents-in-law that pay $100 each way.

Whatever you are given on the ETC should be correct ..

Thanks...Under my profile, there is a fee shown + taxes. Do employees pay taxes for travel to HNL? I just listed myself and my family, not the parent, so I'm not sure about the fee the ETC is showing...

As I recall, HNL does have it's own set of taxes as it is considered international in tariff terms. Never quite understood that but never understood tariffs either. 😀
