The teams have been assembled, and after the gop convention its time to "get down to brass tacks"!
In my opinion, the Main Issue IS John McCain ! Sure, it would be Easy to say "Wait a minute", the Issue Is lack of experience(Obama/Palin) ! Not So !!

John McCain is a Very ANGRY Man ! Who among us wouldn't be Angry given what he went through ? The human psyche can Never erase that, ever. The Last person of the four, who I want with their finger "on the button" is John McCain ! Once Sen. McCain-locks into "that zone"of his(which we see from time to time), No One can "save him from himself". Certainly Not Mrs. McCain, OR Governor Palin !

At least with Barack Obama, he has the steadiest "hand" in the government to give a "thumbs up, or down" in Joe Biden(Yes the only one who pushes the button, is the President)
If the players in this "line-up" were different, with regard to the "button"(hypothetically a President Dick Lugar, or Joe Biden) I wouldn't have even started this new thread !

I honestly hope that the voters of this country, Think long and hard.

Southwind...when the US becomes the first country to press that nuclear button BEFORE we are ever attacked, I feel pretty confident that some OTHER country who has nuclear weapons will decide ENOUGH - and press their own button against us. They might even have a SECOND country with a nuclear arsenal press THEIR button as well.

Personally, I think that Terrorist organizations have been salivating since 2003 when they realized that the US wasn't really focused on them after all...I would imagine it would be pretty easy to convince a guy who is willing to strap a bomb on his belly to go over to Iraq so that the "better to fight 'em over there than over here" crowd can feel like this misguided Iraqi venture is somehow working...meanwhile they'll send the guys with a dirty nuke over to Mexico, where for the past 8 years we still haven't been able to stop illiterate Mexican laborers from crossing the border, and they'll just slip right into the crowd...and head off into the American hinterlands.

The other day we wrote a piece covering some of Barack Obama's bigger lies during his campaign and his political life, which included, his lies about his association with Tony Rezko, then his lies about how much money he received from Rezko, then his admitting to the fact that he received more than he originally said.

Then we went to his NAFTA lies, and his lies about what he heard from his Pastor, Jeremiah Wright and when he heard it, as we showed his statement saying he never heard those controversial "God Damn America" remarks as well as the racial remarks and anti-American remarks and just four days later, made a speech where he admitted he had her controversial remarks.

He lies, then he lies to spin his way out of his previous lies and then when he can lie no more he tells part of the truth and ignores his previous lies.

This has become a very bad habit which he has been shown publicly to have....a habit of a pathological liar.

I'd like to direct the thread Back to my opening remarks, that of John McCain's Anger/"trigger happiness". This man endured horrific treatment, which the Human Psyche CANNOT erase.
It's why so many WW-2, and Vietnam vets(and all wars), suffer from the very real disorder of PTSD. No person, be they be republican or democrat, should-Ever-be put into THE position of having to "push the button"! Keep in mind, up to now McCain could be Angry/Aggressive all he wants to in the Senate, because we (as Americans) had about a half dozen "safety switches" between McCain and the "button".

This is Not an Indictment against Sen. McCain. John McCain was brutalized, and through no fault of his own, will carry these Life Long SCARS, to his death. I can Well Imagine that my theory is not popular,- But - my theory is backed up unequivocally by Fact/Truth !
We are not(unfortunately) living in the "la - de - da" peaceful times of the post korean war(early 1950's)
