Thats six months in a row now we've been in the top 3 for OT! Congrats to everyone. :up:

Consistenly crappy, yes. Reliable? Yes, you can rely on the fact that US will provide terrible customer service.
 
The stats for customer complaints was not included in the report here, it was ONTIME only. Thanks so much for your support. How long til the rest of the Tempe haters start posting? Cant you guys give us on the front line 1 happy post since there are so many others you've defecated on? No wonder they arent paying attention to some of you.... nothing we do (not just Tempe, but the front liners had a little hand in this, ya know?) will ever be good enough for some of you. I know you have a right to #### and moan, but its getting sooooooooooooooooooooo old guys.

Oh, I'm sorry, "way to go" for all of those gate agents that closed the door on connecting pax to keep the ontime statistics high. Keep up the good work.
 
Way back then I predicted that it was only a matter of time after they beat the bejesus out of your guys they'd come after our perks. Well now it's our turn to squeal like little piggies.

Then I guess its time to dredge up the old posts and comments that the employees were getting. If you dont like what they're doing to you leave. Isnt that how it went.? You know, I've had enough behind the scenes contact with both you and Y1 to know some of the things that have happened, but I personally have had it with both of you on a daily basis. Enjoy "YOUR" thread and bash away, I'm done even trying to be nice to you guys and I'm just gonna let you both wallow in your own garbage posts. Out of here.
 
Keep on padding those flights, It cost the company alot of money to keep these stats up!!!

I use to commute on Amtrak to NYC. They never waited on ANYONE! If a person was connecting, you just got on the next train, which may or may not be within a 2-4 hour window. I saw PLENTY of disturbed businessmen AND families watch our train pass them by. I applaud ANY airline that adjust schedules to fit the aging and broken infrastructure of the USA and the ATC to be more specific.
 
Is it a misprint because if US got 83.6 and so did Delta that would put them both at second place!

I also noticed the chronic late flights top 25.
AA had 10
SW had 4
Delta, Cal, United, JB all had at least one US had ZERO!
 
You know US1YFARE, I have to ask what is it with you? You are like a broken record. You never have anything positive to say about our airline. If it is such a lousy airline why do you obsess so much about it? I don't mean to sound mean but you seem like a very miserable person. I don't think that I would like to have you as a friend. Are you just trying to stir the pot? I think that our customer service is comparable to most other legacy airlines and it is improving all the time. Isn't there something else that you can bash and leave US alone?
 
Congrats guys! The on times have been great. My only delays this month were weather related. On time is very positive. Padding or no padding... If it takes padding to make the on times work, so be it. A paying customer deserves an ontime boarding and departure.

All things being equal, let Tempe cheapen the experience all they want, on time has to be the most important thing to most travellers. They may say it is FC experience, or seat pitch, but ask anyone who's just sat in the gate area for 2 hours what is most important, and they're going to say on time...
 
Baggage is much improved also. US actually beat Southwest.

I think this is great news for those who work for US and especially those who still fly them. You should all be congratulated on turning the airline around as far as on time performance goes. While some of the policies and procedures which resulted in this improvement leave room for question, there can be no denying that this is an outstanding accomplishment.

I do believe, however, as capacity declines, on time performance will improve across the board for all carriers.

The true test for US is going to be this summer, with the highest volumes of traffic, and how well they handle irregular operations due to weather or other issues.

As good as this news is, and I do NOT want to discount it, I just wish that other components of the company such as labor and customer relations would have also improved by now--which sadly has NOT happened.

Again, my congratulations to the front line at US--you should be proud of your accomplishment.

that's just simply an outright lie,I have never seen the door closed on pax if they are at the boarding area

what's your beef with US anyway? did a captain drop you like a bad habit sometime?
