Orf/phf Piedmont Domicile Closing

As of Jan. 1, 2006 Piedmont Airlines will be closing its' ORF/PHF Crew Domicile. Air Wisconsin will be opening a crew base in ORF in early October 2005. Air Wisc will also be leasing the old Piedmont hangar that PDT vacated two years ago.

PDT/Henson Airlines has had a crew base in ORF for over 20 years. This will be Piedmont's third base closure in three years.

I know Piedmont (and the former Allegheny) have closed all sorts of places in the last few years. Where does Piedmont have crew bases and maintenance bases left?

From what I heard from a FA last night SYR is re-opening as a PDT crew base as of 9/1.

Some of our crews @ PSA are saying that we'll be closing DAY and moving everything to CLT.

I remember pre-Piedmont/Allegheny merger days, Allegheny had crew bases scattered all over the place... even Binghampton comes to mind!
