/when parents fly, they check in to the kiosk. When are they to pay the $15 fee? The tix are issued thru the kiosk machine and proceed on thru security and, if any seats are open, they get one. What process is in place to collect the fee?
they do it at the airport, or the CTO. they can't use the kiosk unless they are already e-ticketed./when parents fly, they check in to the kiosk. When are they to pay the $15 fee? us airways can list parents on the hub and pay with credit cards on the hub then check in can be done at the kiosk
Is that part of the changes that will not go into effect until 2006? Must be if they didnt hit her up for the fee.well, something is not right. I can list my parents via the hub. My mom rarely flies, so i told her that she would have to pay now. Anyways, I listed her, she got her e-ticket via the kiosk, went thru security, identified herself as a non-rev and got a seat. The gate agent did not charge her either. She kept asking where to pay, but noone seemed to have any answers. I'm not sure if she got charged going back, i forgot to ask. We both thought she would pay when she actually got a seat, after she got thru security?
I think the parents paying was part of the changes that were going to be effective during the beginning of 2006. That is how I interpreted it.
not sure if it's phase 2 or not. This may be right, as the phase 1 was primarily dress code and id 100 for active employees. Will go back and re-read the new travel policy. I just didn't want them flying and not being charged if they should be paying.
I spoke with Doug this morning and he apologizes for the faux pas...if you'll just mail $68.00 to P.O. Box 2011, Greenville, SC 29680, I'll get the $ into the right account. And let me know if this happens again.well, something is not right. I can list my parents via the hub. My mom rarely flies, so i told her that she would have to pay now.
