Other airlines have already started it too. And even Southwest is also looking at a Mechanics pathway to keep a pool of Mechanics at their fingertips in future hirings, just not sure if they have exercised it as of yet. Great programs for young adults starting fresh in their careers at such a young age. Take advantage of them folks, well worth it to start your career early as possible.
