Nice show here in the 'Burgh, called Pittsburgh Today Live (PTL). Feeding squirrels has been a big feature on the show with all kinds of squirrel picnic tables, snazzy feeders and so on. We feed them too, at home and at our retreat. I made a nail thingy and drilled a # 35 bag of eared corn so they fit over a nail post.She feeds them eared corn, bird seed, peanuts......guess who else showed up?

The shelf on the tree is for peanuts. I made it when in the Powerplant Sheet Metal Shop......never thought anything about load testing it.

This is F AWESOME !!!!

Bears in general, BUT Black bears are one of the most resourceful animals ever created !!! While 99% of animals are FREEZING their Arse off during winter, those (NH) BB's are sleeping nice and warm and FAT. Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE !!!
