Northwest CEO Doug Steenland will get $418,842 because 90,000 stock units vested last week, according to a regulatory filing late Monday. Three executive vice presidents will get the following: Tim Griffin, $255,959; Phil Haan, $255,959, and Andy Roberts, $181,498.
The executives will receive the cash compensation as top management presses its employees for $1.1 billion in concessions.
