I hear a few rampers were upset and left early,questions couldnt be answered etc.I also heard TONY G.was visiting mechanics and related and talking garbage about the profit shareing not being written in stone,can any one add to this.I hope this isnt a move to soften people up for a great big deal of some sort.Cause Im not going to bite.i want the COC to go to arbitration and if we win we win,if we dont oh well.But Im not willing to trade off my profit shareing. :down: :down: :down:
The company has been making money off our sweat and blood,now the damn AGC's are trying to make a living off me too.I wonder how some of these fellows would like to come back to work changing tires,is it possible,or is it an AGC is always an AGC.
