I heard yesterday on the grapevine that a F/A fell out of an aircraft. Does anyone have more info regarding this and is the F/A o.k?

I have not heard anything about an fa falling out of an aircraft...now if you were to ask: "fa falling for a pilot or another fa" then you'd have something. ..and believe me I have some really good cheesey stories in that regard, but since I like to keep things on topic===> read on:
I read a memo that was circulated to the catering staff that asked employees to make sure they are positioning their vehicles in correctly and that they have the appropriate ground personnel to guide them in as well. (I didn't even know they did this at all) The reason being that recently - a few days ago one of the caterers fell off of the platform and hit the tarmac. He was injured and taken to the hospital for treatment. Thankfully the injury was not fatal. He's very lucky considering that the incident occured on a 757.
