Seems as if it "works" more often than not. In consideration of the DL/NW merger, there is only one organized group that makes less (US AIR) and the rest of the airlines (WN, AA, Airtran, United, etc.) have contracts that better DL/NW. Even now NW has better benefits (oji, sick, etc.)under their contract. Heck, it worked for the NW pilots and they aren't even DL employees yet!!!

OH, but I didn't forget: You have your 2010 "industry standard" promises!
