PIT de-ice

Flying out of PIT during last week's snowstorm, noticed that the people de-icing wore US Airways ramp parkas. I was under the assumption that de-ice went contract. Are these employees former US employees employed by the contractor and they kept their old jackets?

Many of them are PIT express workers trying to supplement their tiny paychecks from PSA(new version of PSA).

IDS, Intergrated Deicing Services. They operate out out the old Fbo building.

Someone left their old US Airways stuff under the bridge where Express employees live .
