Pit Hangar 5 Says "see Yah"

Management Wanna Be?  Time for a Wiz Quiz my Brother.

Your figures on planning are wrong...and nothing is wrong with something being fully staffed...unless your agenda is out of spite?

I don't like saying good-bye to anyone..regardless of their job title...and You sir are 100% wrong about your assertions on Planning..as well as your feeble , foul-mouthed attempt at damaging my character as a Union Member.  I see a Planner or a Utility person in the same light as I do any other Union Brother or Sister...so based on your attacks of fellow Union Members , I.E. the Planners , just how do you stack up as a true "trade unioninst" ?
[post="258063"][/post]

How do you define Fully Staffed? Explain that? You have a massive excess of planners sitting in hangar 5 with nothing to do yet your leadership posts 6 jobs that are unfilled!! How is that? Care to explain your logic..

Your character.. Pal I don't even know you.. You spew your crap here on the forum for all to see about how tough it is for the planning staff.. Give me a break. How much of a cut did the planning staff take? How many got cut? Do the math.

Lets see.. 50% of the technicians around the system got cut.. Planners? None.. Why? Hmmmm. Don't have enough.. Company needs more..

What was the post on here today.. A utility person with less than 2 years as a planner will have a job but a technician with 20 years gets walked out the door.. Give me a break..

If it were a true union all of the planners would be getting walked out along with you and the people that have been with this company for 20 years would still have a job..

Are all of you celebrating.. You bet your sweet ass you are..

Look in the mirror if you want someone to believe in you.. Not here on the board. The celebration continues up until you get walked out.. Then its going to be "Huh, but I did what you said Gary"!!

And as for spite.. I have no spite left in me.. I said my goodbye's months ago when I woke up and realized this ship was sinking..

WE may have lost some of the companies best people. BUT there is good news we have 5 shiny new offices built for the managers of hangar 5. One real concern is the 2 months spent putting in a tail dock for the s check that doesn't fit airbus.Well who has time to run an operation when there's  offices to furnish.

was over machine shop and saw huge pillars being fab'd to modify the tail docks...

I have doubts if the plan included doing Airbus checks for very long. Maybe do one or two and say it can not be done efficiently and farm them out. Does it really matter at this point?

US Management tried to change, ...

That is what we were all supposed to believe.

Wolf spent his whole career seeking out failing airlines and desperate labor groups looking for anyone to sell them a vision of hope. There is a lot of profit petential in selling hope to desperate people while the purveyors live high on the hog. The desperate are easily convinced.

Meet the new boss, same methods as the old boss.

They have played everyone like a fiddle and could sell wool sweaters to the very same sheep they sheared.

The part that sucks is that they are playing people that are intent on doing what is right by the customers and their employer. The part that sucks more is that they are playing the Roaches.

The part that sucks most is that 51% of employees are willing to sacrifice 49% of employees.

that was Sr. Management's successful attempt to "Manage" and marginalize our organization and in the end generate favorable press for US Airways.
Gee, ya think? There are at least a few people around these parts that knew this long ago, and also had a pretty good idea of why you didn't.

Then of course we come out with an actual independent thought regarding the DOT report and we've "Overstepped our bounds" by commenting on Labor Relations.
Because you did. It's not an Internet bulletin board out there. It's the "real world." FFOCUS's charter is to help US better serve its loyal frequent flyers. How does getting upper management to admit that they falsely accused the front line of a sickout fit that charter? I know that you can write some tortuous prose that would connect the two, but it's a load of crap. You stuck your nose where it didn't belong, in a very public way, and bit the hands that were feeding you. Why on earth would the result surprise you? Did you think that you had bought a seat on the Board of Directors?

I believe that you genuinely wanted to do something to help those who were falsely accused. In that regard, your heart was in the right place. But look at the results you got. You wasted your political clout. That result isn't US Management's fault. That's PineyBob's fault.

It would have been enough to say just that.

You are gonna get in trouble no matter what you do in life so you might as well be doing what is right when you get yelled at. If a spade lashes out at being called a spade, then lash out is exactly what THEY did.

The Airbus S checks in PIT.. Pretty simple..

The Chopper and the Spinoid have informed the technicians that if they do not
complete the aircraft in 14 days they are going to farm it all out to Mobile
and close PIT down.. This starts on the first aircraft..

Pretty simple actually.. No tools, no parts, no training, no experience.. Thats called
a recipe for failure.. This is a planned failure to prove to the union it can not be
done.. Franky and the gang agree just so long as they get theirs.

Expect PIT to close down sometime in the next 3 months.

Oh, keep in mind to that Mobile got 16 days. Choppper said that does not count
because they needed the extra couple of days for open and close up. PIT does
not because they have better leadership with him and the Spinoid and his
drones Louie that jack weed and Osama Bin Lewis the Brown Noser.

Lets not forget BIG Barry The chair Thrower and his sidekick Billy Gallbladder
the Cell phone Nazi.. Another pair of Spinoid followers who do anything the
illustrious leader tells them to do. Lapdogs to the end!!

i don't know what they tellin you........but they've allocated the check to 18 days....they just ain't letting you know............ 😉

June.. It will be all over in June.. PIT will close.. The creditors are going to say "Ah, huh? Two Base Operations, why?"

It is confirmed from the Dayshift Troops and the 2nd shift Troops.. Chopper said 14 days or thats it.. Simple as that.. Don't believe the schedule..

The wise PIT technician will have their box out of the hangar soon. If they go Chapter 7 it will take you months to get your tools out.. Ask any of the eastern techs..
