Shortly after cashing the ticket,.......20 'vulnerable" 2014 (R) House seats would (overnight) become "Dangerously VULNERABLE".
Then it would be off to purchase a drop-dead gorgeous private rail-car that would be 'pulled' where ever there was active rails in the US, and Canada !

Finally, I'd buy any land owned by non Indians, ON and Indian Reservation,...to be 'returned to the rightful owners, never to be sold again. The Blackfeet in Browning MT./Lakota on Pine Ridge SD. come instantly to mind!

Got up this morning hoping to be a new member of the most hated class of people in the world, so did everyone else who bought a ticket! My gamble on 30 tickets with the powerplay option covered my bet with a $10 windfall (5, 22, 23 pb 6).

I’m going to use the $100 to pay off a Christmas layaway for a disadvantaged family. I just need to find out how to do it (picking the truly disadvantaged).

Same job last 25 years, my colleagues and I know more about each other than our families do! Going to work never pisses me off, I enjoy what I do. I never play the lottery with the expectation of winning the grand prize, I play for the "left overs" (in this case the 58, 1m winners and the 458 10K winners) where the odds are better.

The bad news is that we still have a better chance of an encounter with Big Foot.

I know that, but admit it....you were a little pissed that your numbers didn't win. FWIW....I had ONE number. such is life. But I only bought one ticket, and like they say, if you don't play, you can't win. I know the odds are awful....but it's only two bucks....and you can't say I didn't try.

What numbers? I have been implying that I don't throw away my money on the thrill of the moment. I invest and investing takes time and is no instant fix. I once worked behind a sanitation truck and dreaded the day my truck numbers came out. All I heard was "Did you play them?"

Nothing wrong with that. But the odds....however long....of turning two bucks into half a billion? About the same as investing in a stock hoping for a ten thousand fold increase. If I decided to forgo paying rent to win...problem. But if I can turn two bucks into half a billion...THAT'S a helluva "investment".

Hmm. I did encounter big foot. A family of four of them , actually, crossing a rural road in the middle of the night in fluvanna county virginia back in the eighties. I'd rather have won the lottery. Noone believes my encounter.
