I am disappointed that we didn't get the "no tax on social security". It should have been easy to do.A $6,000 tax dedcution. We were sold "no tax on social security" But the bulk of mine is still taxed.. What the heck...I just did my taxes. My social security was $28,400 last year. $22,000 of it was subject to income tax. Nice deduction, but I have an idea that some of the "no tax on times or overtime" might also come with some caveats.
But according to wease, we DID get it. I loathe Trump but I understand many people like him. My brother likes him. You might like him. But sometimes what he says and what we actually get aren't the same thing...and it's okay for someone who likes him to be disappointed. But Wease and his post after post after post (in every thread it seems) is glorifying him. To a point that is not normal. And he expresses this adoration to...himself mostly. I worry about him. Life is too short. The older you get, the more you see that.I am disappointed that we didn't get the "no tax on social security". It should have been easy to do.

Okay...My adjusted gross income was $65k. Of that, $28,400 was social security.. Of that social security, $22,000 was taxable. That's with the deduction. My taxable income was 41,000. That''s not a lot of money. Why is $22k of my social security taxable?Hopefully they extend this Senior Citizen Tax break on Social Security in the future which should cover over 80% of people who have to pay Taxes on the SS. It’s a pretty large deduction actually.
The other guy doesn’t understand how it works or as I firmly believe he pretends to not understand just to be an annoyance.

I only pointing out that Trump said "no tax on social security:". I'm sure you posted a few hundred twitter posts about it. The reality is that the bulk of my social security is taxable based on my modest income. That's the truth. One post and not a flood of twitter diarrhea. As I said - you can't handle the truthou don’t want to know the answer otherwise if you really did you would make a very simple Google search instead of annoying a complete stranger on a basically meaningless and abandoned Website.
