I think it's the old Soloy Helicopter remnants out of Palmer/Wasilla AK, and somehow in kahoots with a Canadian operator who bought the certificate for access to the US market. Could be an ok place to work; likely still a stable full of 500's, average $. In my old AK freight dog days I knew a few people at Soloy - in general a pretty content bunch.
More important to make sure you get a good contract and see where the $ is coming from (i.e. government job, or marginal exploration outfit?). Do good preflights, befriend the mechanics, don't fly if they refuse to come along.
