I'm trying to remember the correct 141 Comm training requirements. Any help?

I have a little over 200tt but only around 25xc. I'm looking get my comm but don't want to break the bank. So if I went part 61 I would need 50hrs min more time of which at least half would have to be xc. I would get 10-15 xc just doing the requirements but would still need to cover the other 10 or so.

Now with the 141 comm course 190 hrs is needed, but I can't remember if that is total time or training time needed for the course. If it is reg is for 190tt then I'm in good shape and would only need to finish the ground up and work on the comm manuevers. This would save me a lot of $$$ especially if I decide to do my multi-comm first and add on my comm single later.
If it is 190 additional hours then it makes no sense being 50 hrs off for 61.

I did my instrument 141 back a few years ago and it was nice to save some $$$ by not having to do the 50hrs xc but now it seems to be biting me in the ass.

I have about 110 total FT, and I did my instrument under 141.

A Commercial Pilot Certificate may be achieved in 190 hours of flight time under Part 141 rather than 250 hours under Part 61.

What I'll do is fly about 40 hours solo xc and then I'll begin my Multi Engine Commercial Rating. This gives a total of 150 hours, I'll leave those 40 remaining to do my MEC which under CFR 141 will take me about 22 hours (minimum). As soon as I have 190 total flight time , I'll just fly the checkride and I'm done.

Remember that if you are an american citizen you should do first de single engine commercial, unless you are planning to fly a King Air or such a thing right away. I recommend to do SEC and then CFI, after that MEC and MEI.

On the ground instructor topic......you do not need to get the Basic first, just take the Advanced and save yourself the 80. Theyre out of the exact same question bank and the same amount of questions. The instrument is out of the same test bank as all the pilot questions......so take it, the roto/IFR and the CFII-R all at the same time.
