<_< -----According to those over on the Delta forum, they have five 767's with winglets flying, and guess what? ----- They even have two third party contracts in the works! Something AA wouldn't consider. ---- Hell, they might even make a few bucks on something like that! Can't do that! Not facing contract talks and all!-----They might even have to keep MCIE open! Can't do that either, now could they?
DL is able produce a winglet 767 in 24 days. When AA is able to do something similar they can start thinking about competing seriously in the MRO enviroment.

<_< ------ Yes Mr. Management type! 24 days you say? And where, may I ask, did you come up with that number?----- You provide them with parts "on time", and parts that "fit", give them "proper" tooling, and a reasonable number of Mechanics to do the job, and I promise you, they'll come close!----- You see, even though I've been retired for a while, I was "exposed" to the first proto-type, I've got a fair idea on what it takes to get the job done!
