Guys and Gals, I've seem a few condemn and ridicule this man.HE is our brother. The stress, fear and anger in our workplace is unbelievable right now ( as evidenced by the AA F/A and now our brother snapping). It's only going to get worse. We have seen in no uncertain term the company does not give a fat rats hind end about any of us. Airline bankruptcies are hard to deal with and if history is any guide even leads people to take their own lives. We need to band together and take care of each other.Watch out for each other.Do whats right, not what's easy.

I dont condemn his anger, I condemn his stupidity for posting this on the web. He may have saved someone his/her job by costing him his own. The Company is looking to get rid of people now instead of having to pay them what ever severence package they would have to pay when the RIF starts. This guy just made it easy for them to get rid of atleast one employee for nothing.

keep your cool people, I know it isnt easy but you cant do what this guy did. It makes it to easy for the company.

I and a lot of my coworkers agree with his points just we would not expressed that way. With all the pressure and frustation we been thru this recent days some might do things that otherway would not do. I hope him the best possible outcome with this situation.

don't judge him by his anger listen to what he is saying and you will hear all of us

yes but its hard to hear the message thru his rant. I agree with everything he said and had a laugh listening but you won't be taken seriously with that kind of tirade.

His message is needs to be heard, his anger needs to be heard, but will either of those overcome the fear that has been propagated by the lack of leadership from the TWU.

The bigger point that should be taken from this video is that the ANGER and FRUSTRATION LEVELS are at a point on the scale that I've never seen in my 25+ years at AA.The management at Ammon Carter BLVD has no clue how bad it really is!

Recently on a heavy check, I found some cut wiring, surely it was an accident.

first of all, you NEVER expose yourself to the enemy, and second, this guy made all of us look like a bunch of clowns. After all the laughter, this guy is now most likely out of a job. And, for what? You want to send AA a message......demand that they bring this guy back, without discipline, and full pay! Otherwise, all hell is going to break loose......that's the least WE ALL can do for this guy............

BK brings out the worst in people. Seen it at UA and heard about it from USAir, NWA. Some people commit suicide, either real or professionally. The Company and Union EAP should work to save his job.
Anger management training at a minimum, then back to work.

He just vocalized what we all feel inside,...... maybe made more apparent and more easily shown with a little Tequilla. Do we know for sure he was fired or is this just rumor?

The company has removed him from service with pay.

Buck you need to go away.
Just relating information from a news story.

I am on his side, I believe he is stating what is wrong with the company among many other things. Now will the TWU get his job back and what will it cost you?

Why do I need to suppress my free speech? ( go away )

The look of anguish in his eyes is so telling. People in so much pain do not make good choices. I hope the union gets him to EAP as opposed to being terminated. Many thought this could never happen to the great American Airlines and now that it has, coping skills are being tested to the limit. I feel for you all....
