Nope. They'll still be non-conforming because even if the individual mandate is delayed, the other provisions go forward...

No, that's what I say when people like Eolesen ignore the reality of what happened and public opinion. That's what I say when people like Eolesen pull a Karl Rove and deny the reality even though all around them are saying he is wrong.

The shutdown will be a distant memory in a year. The pain of Obamacare will ramp up over the next year . . bet on it. How many people remember what administration brought about the first credit downgrade in American history? I'll wait.

E's faulty math aside, You could give every welfare recipient 1 million in cash today and less than a year from now you would have 90% of them back screaming for more after they threw it all away on fancy cars, high end clothes, and big screen TV's. There lies the root of the problem. We have a huge chunk of the population in this country that expects someone else to provide for them. Self reliance is not even in their vocabulary.

I do not think the business that lost money will be so for giving. Besides the TP is going to try and pull this stunt again in Jan. Boehner said he will not let it happen. The GOP is going to tear it's self apart. The TP fringe is going to scream and end up taking votes from moderate conservatives. The TP planned this shut down since July and I belive you are wrong about this being a distant memory. The TP will be bragging about this for some time to come. It caters to their base. They will remind the country of what they did.
