Reserve standby pilot work schedule - Airtran

Does anyone know how far in advance does a reserve stanby pilot gets his / her work schedule? How is that communicated to them... like faxed or emailed. Does anyone know where can I get this information for AirTran.

Not to be rude, but why do you want to know this? If you are an employee, you would know the procedures. Perhaps you should Email the Company and not try to get info from a Message Board.
