You could "bet you A$$" on one thing beauty, IF AA had EVER declared BK, just once, and had gutted pensions etc, that with UALS great asian route structure, that Arpey would'nt be trying to "PIMP OUT" AA !!

You are oh so right NHBB, b/c AA doesnt have the asian route structure - they instead have a hot mess of Super 80's to PIMP instead, sounds oh so re-assuring to me.... you should be proud...

AMR didn't receive a prize for staying out of BK, Lets look at profits for last quarter and it looks like this quarter as well.. That speaks volumes... Not your digging in the past... Get a clue, this won't be a pretty year for AMR neither will the next be, but hey, who am I right???

No...AMR didn't receive a prize for staying out of bankruptcy, but AMR SHAREHOLDERS sure did. Not that long ago, UAL and AMR shares were trading for $2 a share. Someone who bought AMR at $2 a share got a heckuva reward. Someone who bought UAL at $2 a share got screwed. Now...I'm a firm believer in "what goes around comes around". I don't think next year will be very good for any airline...UAL included. And who knows...the way UAL management is going, those prime Asian routes might just end up being acquired by AA.

No where did I read in any of NHBB posts that say that AA is better than UA. All he diud was point out the disparity among flight cancellations. But you look at his posts and automatically assume he is bashing UA. Get over yourself. Even the people who post on this board from your own company cant stand you and your negative attitude.

And usually is right on alot of subjects. You should take a page out of his book. He is the type of person to admit when he is wrong and never gloats when he is right.

Ok some say DTTB is an ex USAIR...now UA...it sounds to me like she is a hateful person who has some kind of grudge against AA. Usually someone who was kicked to the curb from AA. Maybe an Eagle washout....or one of the EX TWA who lost recall rights that has a grudge.

I would hope not but every post seems more and more like it
