Rumor? COEX/CoConx service from ILG (Wilmington, DE) to ?

Overheard the manager of DL Connection in ILG (the only carrier at ILG at this time) talking to some of her employees that they (DL Connex) is getting the contract for counter/ramp for COEX when they begin service there in the next couple months? Has anyone else heard anything thing about this?
