Runaway Galley Carts

Has anyone ever had a galley cart get out of its secured latches on landing. I had a cart that did have the brake on and the latches were down and it managed to get into the cabin on landing. It was not a sight anyone wants to see!

Well, we don't have carts, so that solves that problem.
