Biden hands down. Biden will say stuff that everyone is thinking but is afraid to say. Some of the things he says are a bit out there. By all accounts I have heard, Biden is well respected and quite intelligent. Palin quit halff way through her job in AK. She just stokes me as a very simple women. Good at making a buck off her fame but not much else.

I agree for the most part but there is an economic factor that cannot be denied.  It is more expensive to eat healthy than unhealthy.  Carbs and sucrose is cheaper.

 
 I think a lot of it has to do with laziness and the fact that Americans have become conditioned to eating crap.
