The union die-hards sure are quiet tonight. I wonder if they are in meditation doing some deep soul searching in their beliefs or sitting around licking their wounds. They sure have eaten a lot of crow lately. Maybe they are sick of their own ignorance. It is funny to go back and read some of their posts and see how mislead they are.

As for the company reading this, do you actually think i care if they know what i think or who i am? Hey NW if your reading this you suck, i hope you liquidate. Unlike PTO im not in fear of someone knowing who i am, nor will i ever have to resort to hiding in a bus or having hired goons protect me so i can go to work, unless i become the president of the usa and then its mandatory.

Hell I'm impressed, well it's not quite the same as for someone who is actively working for the company like myself or many others, it's hard to get fired if your on strike with little hope of coming back depending on your seniority.

but hey I'm still somewhat impressed with your post and it takes alot to impress me. B)

In OK and TX, the home state of practically of the AA AMFA posters, Saturday is for football! They are glied to the TV. Not even the striking AMT up north come before that!

Wow...why don't you just ask him on a date now PTO. A union guy rooting on a scab, kind of reminds me of this dumbass guy at work I know that bought alot of NWA stock hoping that the scabs would win the battle and NWA stock would jump. Last I heard he took a bath for $5k in that gamble, what a dumbass.

Thank you Raptor, and Tulsa is close to our home, so it is very appreciated. To answer Local 12's childish school yard comment, no one she is usually always with me our kids are in college. Now local 12 try to elevate yourself to an adult conversation. :down:

Your a tool of the suits turning our craft into a job in which aviation mechanics will become traveling migrant workers. May as well buy a camper for all the moves one will have to make after A&P school. After this I can't imagine there being many A&P schools surviving. Thanks PTO for helping to push our craft down the toilet. I hope your proud of yourself when incidents like what happened last week (emerg. landing at STL), and the week before (Acft diverted to Montona and HNL), and the week before (Acft on its nose at Guam) become routine for the traveling public.

I think eliminating the unions from our profession is the way to go. I have made really good money as an A&P in this industry without the help of a union. Now that the unions are gone maybe all the slackers that have been living and scratching by off of their brothers will get out of the industry. Thus reducing the number of actual mechanics thus increasing the demand thus increasing the pay. Its called economics.

Tell me more about the guy that worked for 10 years as a mechanic but only spent an hour and a half at work then snuck off to another job. How good of a mechanic was he? Is that what the unions stands for? Slackers?

A slacker is a guy who does his work half assed, like pumping oil onto the ground instead of getting a container to catch it in because he is too lazy to do it right.

Actually it was 4,500 the only mistake I made was not planning on a Hurrican hitting the oil wells and driving oil up to outragous amounts, I knew I forgot something but I just couldn't put my finger on it, now I know what it was, 🙁 the next time I take that gamble I will be sure to factor in what will happen to my stock should a huge natural disaster hit :huh: , I guess all the guys who made a bundle during the AA concession were just lucky no Hurrican hit at that time.

Do you think all the guys who made thousands with AA concession were dumbass too ? that's ok you take your stock risks and I will take mine, I only need one winner and I will make much much more than the piddly 4,500 I lost.

I heard there was a certain Union President that made 400,000 from a 40,000 dollar investment in AA stock was he a dumbass too ? how much did you make from our concession 🙁

Once again you are putting words in my mouth, I am actually rooting for the NW Mechanics not the replacement workers, but I think the Mechanics have already lost the battle, I don't believe in hope I believe in reality.

I just can't understand why you keep putting words in mouth if you want to know what I think then ask, I will tell you B)

As far as being a Union man I am in a Union that does not mean I am a strong Union man when I hired on at AA I was required to join, as I have said I can live with them or without them.

There are some things about Unions I like and some I do not like so either way I will not be completly happy.

AMFAman you seem to think that everything you think is right and anyone who disagree's with you is wrong, well you know the guys who disagree with you on whatever the subject matter is think the same thing about you, maybe there is no right or wrong on these issues maybe there are just two different opinions on the matter.

If you truely are a fighter then you should fight but that does not mean everyone should fight with you, we all pick our battles and your battles are not necessarily someone else's battles.

Try to keep that in mind the next time you get all upset about someone else's opinion.

I try not to get to bent out of shape over someone else's opinion it really is pointless, just make your point and try not to have an anerisom doing it, I probably spelled that wrong but I don't care.
