The 52-year-old New York investment banker and his firm, Seabury Group, may collect as much as $12 million from the airline's second bankruptcy. That is in addition to $36 million he made helping before, during and after the bankruptcy in 2002 and 2003, according to U.S. Bankruptcy Court documents.
