Firm might make a mint if US Airways can survive
Wednesday, April 20, 2005

By Dan Fitzpatrick, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

If US Airways survives, John Luth can take a large share of the credit -- and money.

The 52-year-old New York investment banker and his firm, Seabury Group, may collect as much as $12 million from the airline's second bankruptcy. That is in addition to $36 million he made helping before, during and after the bankruptcy in 2002 and 2003, according to U.S. Bankruptcy Court documents.
