SEND SENATOR CHUCK A NICE "HELLO"

Always back to Bush !

I can hear 30 years from now........................."But it was Bush's fault !"
Just curious. Did you miss the POTUS mentioned in post #25? I assume you did because you made no mention of it. I am sure you will correct that over sight.

EXCUSE ME!

This thread is supposed to be about the conduct of Upchuck Schumer.

This just in from the "Hypocrissy Knows No Bounds" Department.

So now we have New York Senator Chuck "Amok" Schumer calling a F/A the "B" word. Has anyone not named Sparrow Hawk noticed that the AFA/CWA and the AFL-CIO is as silent as a statue?

Now do you think if Chuck "Amok" was oh say Newt Gingrich, do you really think this wouldn't be on talk shows and Sunday TV political shows.

This is typical of the same crap we saw in the Paula Jones case during the Clinton years. The N.O.W, crowd couldn't afford to offend the Clinton's and BLAM Paula Jones goes under the bus and worse she is taken to the woodshed by the media for daring to point out that the Emporer indeed had no clothes.

So much for the Democrats being the champion of the working man. I think the "little guy" has had about all the help they can stand. Wanna bet the F/A gets written up?
This post was a joke, was it not?

In this "incident", you have now brought in the AFL-CIO, Clinton, Paula Jones, and Newt Gingrich.

Mods: Please spare us from this tabloid nonsense and close this.

You can sit there with a straight face and honestly tell us that if it had been Newt, Rush, Hannity or any Republican member of Congress had called a Flight Attendant the "B" word that it would swept under the rug?

God in heaven the Pat Friend, Boxer, Reid and Chuck Amok hisself would have been screaming bloody murder far and wide.

Like I said want to wager that this F/A gets written up and her union does nothing?

Where'd you get off in post 29?

This is typical elitist behavior. Just wait as the elites are consolidating their control over your day to day life. Just a few hundred years ago, these elitists could have just taken the F/A for their own gratification and your children as slaves as they were the "lords" ( absolute owner ) of their realm. Power came from the monarch to the lords and they were not accountable to anyone. Today power is supposed to come from the people and flow to our elected officials. This is what is being "changed" by both political parties. Have you notice the elitists do not care what their constituents think these days? Elitists are always the same, same today as they where 200 years ago. Elites are simply limited by our present form of government, which we the people seem to be willing to "change"; "change" back to the old way. Enjoy serfdom everyone, we have been shown the future and it sure looks like the past.

If an average Joe/Josephine had pulled off the same stunt, you can bet he or she would have been yanked off the plane and possibly having a nice chat with a police officer or federal agent. They may even get a few hours or a day or two in a jail cell!

The talk with the cop, assuming he/she did turn the phone off, would be clocked with an egg timer. Their lawyers talk with US would be significantly longer.

What do you suppose they'd charge someone who complied with the FA and spoke their mind? The answer is absolutely F-ing nothing.

If anyone ended up talking to a cop or "federal agent" over this, their best move would be to sue the living crap out of US (for a process that results in an obscenity being escalated to a crime) and the pilot/FA who collaborated to have the police show.

Isn't it time we stopped giving public officials a slap on the wrist for incidents that would put lesser status Americans into major hot water legally?

Assuming he turned the phone off, he would be in no trouble legally. Isn't it time that aircrew realized that if it's not safety related that nobody is getting arrested? Tossed off the plane? Yes. Criminally charged and convicted? Not in a wet dream.

That said, US ought to refuse to transport Schumer in the future--it's within their right to do so. Bet they don't cut him off. Tempe does not have the stones to stick it to a sitting Senator.
