IIRC, less than 5%. Less than all other majors'.

[P]What you see is what you get. While the load factors don't look as whippy as some of the other carriers, you gotta remember they didn't cut flights or staff. The decreases (and increases) reflect post 9/11 loads. [/P]

It seems like they have forgotten most every airline cut 20% or more of their flights and who knows how many employees. Where as WN has INCREASED flights and employees!! Eye wash is an amazing thing.
