Good to hear there were no hick-ups. I sure thought we would have heard at least something, but it all seemed to transpire with no hick-ups to any customers.

I was expecting some little disruption minimum. And was happy to hear of none after the big switch. But I must say, our CEO said he did inquire with AA about their switched and learned a lot from them, so thx to them for the heads up about issues that would come up.
