I guess its not enough that we have a bunch of Drunk unlisenced uninsured illegals driving around killing folks, now we'll have to contend with 80,000 lbs of rolling delapidated un-regulated 18 wheels of death possibly smuggling tens of thousands of more illegals and perhaps something even worse.

I don't know if you're aware or not but just in the US theres been a huge turnover in experienced truck drivers due to retirement putting thousands of young inexperienced drivers on our roads now....Look at the number of truck accidents.

Don't worry, Bush will keep us all safe from terrorism right? After all, there have not been any attacks since 9/11 so it must be working right? We are taking the fight to them so we do not have to fight them here so it must be working right?

If this Pilot program passes and it looks as though it will, we are about to see the death toll on our roadways here in the U.S. increase exponentially and guess who will pick up the tab?
